Fulfillment Policies:

• Original paintings will be packed and shipped within 1-2 weeks of your order, depending on whether or not the piece still needs to dry or if it’s already been varnished and is ready to ship (exact ship times will be specified in the listing of each piece).

• Prints will be printed and then shipped within 3-5 days of your order; tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on the way.

• Shipments will be sent out via USPS, UPS, or FedEx - please contact us if you prefer a certain carrier. Shipments can be made anywhere in the world; just select your country from the dropdown menu at checkout and shipping costs will be added to your order.

• If your print arrives damaged, you can email sarah@sarahdeanarts.com with photos of the damage to receive either a full refund or a replacement print free of charge. If an original painting arrives damaged, please contact the above email address with photos of the damage to be assessed; if you do not want the piece to be repaired, it may be returned to the artist for a full refund.
